Meet the Team

On a personal note, my family and I have owned property in the Florida Keys since 1970. What began when my family purchased a weekend home in Key Largo soon evolved into a lifelong love affair with island living. Having spent every possible moment “weekending” in the Keys, I ultimately made the defining decision to live life deliberately, relocating full time to the Keys in 1985. That choice shaped my lifestyle & professional purpose: helping others discover the same sense of fulfillment and connection that comes from living by the water in this remarkable island chain.

Before transitioning into real estate, Sally cultivated a strong business foundation through more than two decades of entrepreneurial leadership. As the founder and operator of an international import/export company with a seven-figure annual budget, she developed extensive expertise in negotiation, market analysis, and global business operations. A graduate of the University of Florida’s Leadership Program for Agriculture and Natural Resources, she has also been deeply engaged in community and industry service, having served as Vice President of the Dade County Farm Bureau, Chair of the Homestead Housing Authority, and Advisory Director for the Community Bank of Florida. This depth of business acumen and civic leadership now informs every aspect of her real estate practice, providing clients with strategic insight, professionalism, and a results-driven approach.
